Hilton Reading Corporate Challenge
How Does it work?
Enter a team of between four and six people. A minimum of two and a maximum of three in your team must run the Half Marathon (adults only 17+) and a minimum of two, maximum of three must run in the Green Park Challenge.
Every team nominates a team captain who organises the initial entry online via the link below and payment of the entry fee. This must be done before either race closes (due to the popularity of the Green Park Challenge this is likely to be earlier than the Half Marathon) and please note details of all team members must be added before entries close in February 2025.
First, second and third teams win a trophy. But everyone wins – we all try to raise money for charity, local businesses have great fun and get fitter at the same time.
What you'll receive in advance
Team members enter either the Half Marathon or Green Park Challenge using a code we send to your Team Leader, if you chose race pack delivery on your entry (before the deadline date for postage of bibs) you will receive your race bib, Corporate Challenge T-shirt and any other merchandise or car parking you have purchased in advance. If you didn't choose race pack delivery, or you enter after the deadline date for postage, your race pack will be available to collect on Friday or Saturday.
We will arrange with your Team Leader to collect everyones wristband so you can access the Hilton Reading Corporate Challenge hospitality room in the Reading Football Club Stadium Conference Centre.
ON THE DAY
Once you have your wristband please head to the Reading Football Club Conference Centre where you'll find your hospitality room on the first floor. As well as an amazing finish line view you can drop your bag and enjoy the hospitality. Then all you have to do is go to the start line, enter the correct zone (Green Park Challenge - Purple, Half Marathon - Red) and wait for the starting horn!
Following the race head back to the Hilton Reading Corporate Challenge hospitality area to enjoy a post-race meal, refreshments, relax and relive your race with friends and colleagues until it's time to take your well-deserved medal home.
