The Green Park Schools Challenge

Every child of school age between 4 and 17 is eligible to take part in the Green Park Schools Challenge competition. When entering the Green Park Challenge simply select the school you or your child attends (if entering on your child's behalf) and you or your child with automatically become eligible for a school team prize.

Prizes are awarded based on the top three performing children from an individual school in these age categories, U7, U9, U11, U13, U15 and finally U17. There are both male and female categories and the top three children from the top three performing schools will all be awarded at a special presentation evening a few weeks post the main event in March. Winning Schools and Students will be invited to an awards evening that will take place approximately 6-8 weeks after the event. Details of the evening will be sent out when they are confirmed. The top performing school overall will also be awarded with a £100 cheque for their school.

Please note all competition results are by gun time, not chip time.

There are still places available for the Green Park Schools Challenge. If you would like to enter your school please email us as soon as possible as places are limited.

Please state the amount of runners you require, we will then invoice you for these places and one payment is received, you will be sent an online console to enter the participant details.


Bikes, stilts, roller skates, skate boards, buggies, etc.

Participants are not permitted to use any of the above or similar in the event and those attempting to do so will be prohibited from starting and may be forcibly removed from the course mid-race where necessary. Likewise, anyone attempting to start or join the race in any outfit that we, in our absolute discretion, deem unsuitable and/or dangerous to other competitors or spectators, will not be allowed to start the event or, if on the course, may be forcibly removed from the event.
